Ashben Conversions is a specialist van conversion company based in Sheffield, with a team of 7. They focus on producing high-quality, premium conversions for customers at the upper end of the market. I began working with Ben and Ash at Ashben in February 2025.
Problem:
Ashben were finding that they were losing potential work to direct local competitors who were making better use of online content. Their digital presence wasn’t generating enough inbound enquiries, meaning valuable time was being spent chasing leads rather than focusing on day-to-day operations and growth.
Solution:
I worked closely with Ben and Ash to develop and produce high-quality video content for YouTube alongside professional photography and short-form video for social media. This content-led approach generated over 100,000 views on YouTube and more than 300,000 views on TikTok, directly resulting in 20+ inbound leads — accounting for around half of Ashben’s sales pipeline. As a result, Ashben have not only closed the gap with competitors but surpassed them online, allowing Ben and Ash to step back from lead generation and focus fully on running and growing the business.
